Experience in handling government and large corporate tenders
Strong knowledge of tender preparation, bid submission, pricing, costing, and e-tendering processes.
Familiarity with e-GP / online tendering systems is an advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage tender-related activities for both Government and Private sector projects. Candidates with relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be given preference
Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue Government and Private sector tender opportunities for Food & Beverage products
Prepare and review tender documents proposals and bid submissions
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Technical) for accurate inputs)
Ensure compliance with tender requirements legal and regulatory standards
Manage pricing strategy and cost estimation for bids
Submit tenders within deadlines (manual / e-tender portals)
Maintain tender documentation records and database
Track tender status results, and competitor analysis
Liaise with clients consultants and stakeholders for clarification
Handle post-tender negotiations and contract finalization
Monitor performance of awarded contracts
