AG Real Estate Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced ‘Manager-Sales & Marketing’ to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to develop effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct project presentations, client meetings and sales negotiations.
Coordinate with the management team to prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
