Responsibilities & Context:
The Sales Officer – HORECA will be responsible for promoting and selling Sajeeb Group’s food and beverage products to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering clients. The role focuses on developing long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and maintaining customer satisfaction within the HORECA segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new HORECA clients within the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering service providers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Ensure consistent product supply and timely delivery to all HORECA accounts.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and promotional offers with clients in line with company policy.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide feedback to management.
Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Conduct product presentations, sampling, and promotional activities for client engagement.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
