Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise field merchandising teams within the assigned region
Ensure proper execution of display programs and POSM placement at retail outlets
Monitor daily field activities and ensure KPI achievement
Conduct regular market visits to evaluate execution quality and compliance
Identify gaps/issues in the field and take immediate corrective actions
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth operations
Track and manage POSM distribution, utilization, and reporting
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Ensure adherence to project guidelines and timelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail operations, or merchandising
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

Fixed Salary: BDT 17,000
TADA: BDT 8,000
Outstation Allowance: BDT 4,000
Incentive: Up to BDT 6,000 (performance-based)
