• HSC

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Tobacco
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 18 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

• Increase product sales through effective communication and persuasion.

• Visit assigned routes/markets regularly.

• Collect orders from retailers, wholesalers, and institutions.

• Ensure proper delivery and follow-up on stock availability.

• Promote new and existing products to customers.

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility and merchandising in shops.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers, distributors, and end-users.

• Handle customer complaints politely and report issues to supervisors.

• Gather information on competitor activities, pricing and promotions.

• Provide feedback to management for improving sales strategies.

• Follow company rules, sales policies and ethical standards.

• Maintain professional behavior, punctuality and honesty.
