Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Management / Commerce / Business Administration or related field.

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Manager / Sr. Manager level).

  • Experience in manufacturing, battery, automobile, or industrial sector will be an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage large inventories and multi-location stores.

  • Good analytical and reporting capability.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage overall store and warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control.

  • Ensure proper stock management and inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and stock verification.

  • Develop and implement store policies, procedures, and internal control systems.

  • Maintain proper documentation of GRN, delivery challan, material requisition, and stock reports.

  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments for smooth material flow.

  • Supervise and lead store personnel to ensure efficient store operations.

  • Conduct periodic physical inventory and reconciliation with system records.

  • Ensure proper storage conditions and safety standards for all materials.

  • Prepare and submit inventory reports, stock aging reports, and MIS reports to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
