Responsibilities & Context:
To maintain proper stock for every raw material that is used in production purpose and report to the respective personnel for raising in time requisition to the authority.
To receive the in-house delivery of Raw Materials and prepare the Goods Receive Notes (GRN)
To dispatch the Raw Material or any packaging materials according to the requisition of relevant production Plan.
Maintain Stock Register and BIN Card properly for incoming and outgoing raw materials
To prepare the stock report on daily basis and check the physical availability
Responsible for Finished Goods delivery from Warehouse Premises and reorganized the store place where necessary
Record all deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
Work with the non-managerial staffs of the warehouse to ensure the proper activities according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Supervise all the warehouse activities as per SOP and take necessary actions where needed.
Must report to the management regarding Raw Material consumption per order quantity to calculate the actual wastage percentage and minimized the production losses
