Responsibilities & Context:

• To adhere strictly to the discipline of being punctual in daily attendance, in obeying office discipline, rules and regulations of the Company accordingly.

• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures

• Monitor quality standards of products, implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.

• To check & review Goods Receive Note (GRN) for purchased Raw Materials (RM).

• To check & review Quarantine, Sampling and Final Pass efficiently of the received RM.

• To check & review the Batch release activities of finished goods and archive the records

• To Check & Review Shade Cards of any new or modified designs of the customers’ according to the Standard Operating Procedure of Design Control.

• To check & review any kind of QC Test Reports & Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every batch delivery.

• Prepare and perform the test of the stability of the product as per SOP.

• Check and review the IPQC data sheet and Job Order form.

• Arrange Training for the QC and IPQC team with the concern of Head of QA.

• Supervise the QC & IPQC team and take effective decisions where needed.

• Distribute all the SOPs where necessary.

• Investigation and feed back with the deviation & product complaint.

• Follow the requirement of ISO 9001:2015.

• Conduct internal audits at planned intervals & also act as an internal auditor.
