Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline from a recognized university
Master’s degree (MBA / M.Sc. in Supply Chain or Operations) will be an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, or PGD in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, or supply chain management.
Experience in construction project procurement, infrastructure development, real estate, engineering, or related industries will be preferred.
Sound knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, contract administration, and logistics coordination.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to prepare Comparative Statements (CS), Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement reports.
Good understanding of construction materials, specifications, and procurement practices.
Strong analytical, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

To support our ongoing expansion and infrastructure development initiatives, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Procurement & Logistics to strengthen our procurement operations and ensure the timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services required for construction and operational projects.
Job Summary:
The Senior Executive – Procurement & Logistics will be responsible for supporting procurement activities related to construction projects and operational requirements. The role involves sourcing materials and services, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, preparing procurement documentation, evaluating quotations, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in accordance with project schedules and company policies.
The incumbent will work closely with project teams, site engineers, store personnel, and vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with organizational procedures.
Reporting to: General Manager – Procurement & Logistics, STS Group
Duties & Responsibilities:
Source construction materials and suppliers in accordance with project requirements and company procurement policies.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Verify and review contractors' and suppliers' bills to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to payment processing.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and contractors for construction materials and services.
Prepare Comparative Statements (CS), Work Orders (WO) and conduct contract review and negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Communicate effectively with prospective vendors to determine the most suitable products and suppliers in terms of value, quality, delivery, and performance.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including quotations, comparison sheets, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Store Officers to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement in line with project schedules.
Prepare procurement reports, status updates, and documentation as required by management.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
