Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations.
Manage and maintain local networks (LAN/WAN).
Administer servers, firewalls, and backup systems.
Lead and mentor the IT support team.
Resolve escalated hardware and software issues.
Ensure data security and network integrity.
Implement disaster recovery and backup plans.
Manage IT asset inventory and procurement.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance.
Assist in IT budget planning exercises.
Train staff on cyber security best practices.
Generate regular system performance reports.
