Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python programming.Solid experience with Odoo Framework (ORM, XML, OWL).

Good understanding of PostgreSQL database design and performance optimization.

Experience with Git version control systems.Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.

Familiarity with ERP business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, Fleet, and CRM.

Experience working with Odoo versions 17/18.Knowledge of OWL frontend development.

Experience in system performance tuning and database optimization.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Experience integrating third-party applications (payment gateways, SMS, email services, mobile apps).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated with a proactive and continuous learning attitude.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules.

• Analyze business requirements and implement solutions using Odoo Framework (ORM, XML, OWL).

• Design and develop custom reports (QWeb, PDF, Excel) and dashboards.

• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate third-party systems.

• Develop and support Flutter-based mobile applications integrated with Odoo ERP.

• Customize forms, views, workflows, security rules, and user access rights.

• Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and write efficient SQL queries.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deployment procedures.

• Support ERP implementation, migration, upgrades, and live environments.

• Participate in system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
