Diploma in Automobile Engineering from well reputed institute

· Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair of heavy commercial vehicles, dump trucks, and wheel loaders.

· Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and practices.

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.

· Knowledge of spare parts management, inventory control, and workshop planning.

· Familiarity with workplace safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and workshop discipline.

· Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise mechanics, technicians, and support staff.

· Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage emergency breakdown situations.   

· Good communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

Job Location: Madambibir Hat, Bhatiary, Sitakunda, Chattogram

·  Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all company vehicles.

·  Assist in ensuring maximum vehicle availability and operational efficiency.

·  Monitor maintenance schedules, repair quality, and workshop productivity.

·  Assist in controlling maintenance costs and optimizing spare parts utilization.

·  Maintain accurate records of repairs, downtime, maintenance activities, and fleet performance.

·  Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure smooth fleet management.

· Assist in implementing safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
