1.      Manage all finished goods warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of footwear products.

2.      Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy through regular physical verification and cycle counting.

3.      Coordinate with production, planning, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

4.      Monitor warehouse space utilization and implement effective storage systems for maximum efficiency.

5.      Ensure compliance with FIFO procedures, company policies, and warehouse operating standards.

6.      Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational and productivity targets.

7.      Monitor loading, unloading, and dispatch activities to ensure accuracy and on-time shipment.

8.      Implement warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, and 5S practices to maintain a safe working environment.

9.      Analyze warehouse performance data and prepare periodic reports for management review.

10.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
