Experience:

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Battery, Storage cell, Solar Energy

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

• APICS CSCP/CPIM/CLTD certification.

• CIPS Level 4 or above.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Battery, Storage cell, Solar Energy

• Age At least 30 years

• Supply Chain Strategy Development & Execution

• Procurement & Strategic SourcingSupplier Relationship Management

• Negotiation & Contract Management

• Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning

• Language proficiency in English & Chinese.

• Manage sourcing of critical raw materials and imported components.

• Coordinate with international suppliers and manage import-related activities.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company production and business goals.

• Manage the complete supply chain process, including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

• Lead raw material sourcing and supplier management to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams for smooth operations.

• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.

• Utilize ERP systems Odoo for supply chain planning and reporting

• Manage and develop the supply chain team through coaching and performance management.
