The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations of Omega Exim PLC, ensuring efficient procurement, timely delivery, cost-effective logistics, and accurate invoicing. The role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
1. Local Procurement – Source materials, goods, and services from approved vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
2. Delivery Management – Coordinate distribution schedules, monitor delivery performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
3. Logistics Oversight – Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory control to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
4. Invoicing & Documentation – Ensure accurate billing, maintain records, and align with finance for timely payments.
5. Vendor Relationship Management – Build strong partnerships with suppliers, monitor performance, and enforce service-level agreements.
6. Compliance & Risk Control – Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
7. Performance Reporting –Prepare periodic reports on procurement, logistics, and delivery KPIs for management review.
