Responsibilities & Context:
Receive, check, and properly store incoming materials, products, and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and safe storage of all items.
Issue materials/products against authorized requisitions.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned authority about shortages or replenishment requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.
Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper utilization of the store area.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and other relevant departments.
Perform any other store-related duties assigned by the management.
