Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related discipline.

MBA will be considered an added advantage.

5-8 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or ERP-based inventory control.

Experience in manufacturing, furniture, retail, or FMCG industries will be preferred.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics 365, ERPNext, or similar).



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Inventory (ERP) to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management through the ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock reconciliation, ERP data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement.

Manage and monitor inventory transactions through the ERP system.

Ensure accurate stock records and maintain inventory data integrity.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.

Reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and finance teams.

Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment plans.

Analyze inventory movement and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.

Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Train and support users on ERP inventory-related functions.

Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.

Candidate must have experienced in manufacturing industry.
