Responsibilities & Context:

Develop and implement overall sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives and revenue targets.

Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and ensure achievement of approved budgets and targets.

Lead and manage the nationwide sales team, providing direction, coaching, and performance monitoring.

Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels to expand market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to formulate effective strategies.

Establish pricing strategies and recommend product positioning to maximize profitability and market share.

Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Coordinate with production, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Lead negotiations and finalize major business agreements and strategic partnerships.

Oversee corporate sales activities and manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop sales policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance measurement systems.

Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing professionals.

Prepare and present business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to top management.

Manage the departmental budget effectively and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable laws and regulations.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and industry forums.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the CEO/Managing Director in line with organizational objectives.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director.
