Responsibilities & Context:

Office Time

• 10AM to 7PM.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, messages, social media)

• Communicate with clients through (phone calls, What’s App, Email)Communicate with clients to provide travel services.

• To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.

• Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Air ticket / Visa / Tour Package.

• Maintain client records & reports using company software.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and Tour Package related communications.

• Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and Tour Package procedures for various countries.

• Strong knowledge of visa processes for major destinations.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with every service.

• Data Entry and Management Accurately record and input collected data into the company's data management systems or databases.

• Support marketing and social media activities for travel promotions and group tours.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support.

• General computer operations and browsing tasks, MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
