Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Inquiry Management* – Respond to and manage customer inquiries received through Facebook, WhatsApp, website, email, and telephone channels in a timely and professional manner.

Lead Management* – Maintain, update, and organize lead databases and customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Customer Follow-Up* – Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to nurture relationships, support sales conversion, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Customer Complaint Resolution* – Coordinate with relevant departments to address, resolve, and document customer complaints and service-related issues effectively.

Sales & Showroom Coordination* – Collaborate with Sales and Showroom teams to ensure seamless customer communication and support business objectives.

CRM Reporting & Analysis* – Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, customer interactions, and CRM performance metrics.

Customer Database Administration* – Ensure proper maintenance, accuracy, confidentiality, and organization of customer information within the CRM system.

Shopify Product & Content Management* – Manage product uploads, update product information, edit website content, maintain collections, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of product listings on the Shopify platform.
