Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Support & Intake Specialist US
Shift Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Inbound Inquiries: Answer incoming customer questions.
Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport.
Lead Qualification: Screen prospective clients.
Scheduling: Book consultations with specialists.
Post-Consultation Care: Contact clients after appointments.
Support: Answer non-technical questions.
Guidance: Help clients navigate the process.
Coordination: Align next steps with offices.
Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records.
Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding experience.
