Responsibilities & Context:
Sales and Marketing of hybrid vegetables seeds.
Promotion of sales at the dealer point, collection, arrange dealer meeting, SAAs meeting, farmers meeting, management of field demonstration
Direct sales of products and revenue collection from the dealers and bonafide parties.
Visit farmers fields to diagnose germination, disease, pest issues and recommend solutions.
Conducting demonstrations, providing technical content for brochures, social medias,
Handling customer complaints with technical credibility, increasing farmer confidence.
