Minimum Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for marketing and business development.
Ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Basic computer, internet and Microsoft Office skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit businesses, startups, SMEs, and individual clients to introduce Amar Advocate's services.
Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual customers.
Conduct meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Maintain daily visit reports, records and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Participate in promotional campaigns, networking events, seminars and exhibitions when required.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Probation Period (First 3 Months): Monthly salary of BDT 10,000. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the salary will be reviewed based on performance. Outstanding performers may receive a monthly salary of up to BDT 20,000.
