Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for an Inventory Officer (Construction) at MG Properties Ltd. a concern of Mohammadi Group. He has to receive and issue goods. Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock and maintain stock records using ERP.

Responsibilities

  • Verify, receive and record all incoming materials in accordance with purchase orders.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP.

  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times to meet operational demands.

  • Monitor and track stock levels to avoid understocking or overstocking, and identify items nearing their reorder levels.

  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

  • Maintain detailed logs of stock movements and consumption.

  • Inspect incoming goods for correct quantity and quality, and conformity with purchase specifications.

  • Record detailed notes for every delivery or invoice received in the ERP.

  • Ensure storage areas are organized, clean, and compliant.

  • Compile and submit accurate reports on stock levels, inventory usage, and monthly expenditure for management review.

  • Maintain site petty cash

  • Coordinate with the finance and procurement departments for invoice reconciliation and budget tracking.

  • Implement best practices for inventory management, minimizing waste, loss, and expiry of stock.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary inventory documentation and reports.

  • Handling any other purchase-related tasks assigned by the management.
