• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Supply Chain/Management preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Store/Inventory Management.

• Experience in an ISP or Telecommunication company will get preference.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software (ERP/Tally).

• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Typical store roles emphasize inventory accuracy, documentation, reconciliation, ERP/Excel use, audits, and coordination across departments.

1. Maintain and control inventory of networking equipment (OLT, ONU, Router, Switch, Fiber Optic Cable, Accessories, etc.).

2. Receive, inspect, and issue materials following company procedures.

3. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.

4. Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly stock reconciliation.

5. Prepare GRN, Stock Register, Gate Pass, Challan, and other store documents.

6. Coordinate with Procurement, Technical, NOC, and Field Operations teams.

7. Monitor minimum stock levels and initiate requisitions when necessary.

8. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and asset tracking.

9. Support internal and external audit activities.
