• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking.

• Hands-on experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical network incidents.

• Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts when required.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

• Experienced as ISP Supervisor is mandatory.

• Monitor and maintain ISP transmission network, fiber backbone, and wireless backhaul links.

• Ensure maximum network uptime and service availability.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve transmission-related faults and outages.

• Coordinate with NOC, Support, and Field Operations teams for incident management.

• Supervise transmission engineers and technicians and assign daily operational tasks.

• Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, latency, and link stability.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Manage transmission equipment, including routers, switches, fiber optic devices, and wireless radios.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and transmission records.

• Coordinate with upstream providers and vendors for technical support and escalation.

• Participate in network expansion, upgrade, and optimization projects.
