Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

SYMPHONY Mobile is seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Executive for its Supply Chain Management team. The incumbent will be responsible for material planning, import coordination, inventory monitoring, production support, supplier communication, and shipment management to ensure smooth supply chain operations and optimum production efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring material availability and updating inventory records.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per production and demand requirements.

• Ensure required materials are available to maximize production output and minimize excess inventory.

• Conduct production vs. achievement reconciliation and identify variances.

• Support material cost optimization through supplier coordination and sourcing initiatives.

• Maintain accurate ERP transactions, master data, and related databases.

• Monitor inventory levels and material ageing to ensure healthy stock management.

• Coordinate with Sourcing, Production, QA, and Sales teams for smooth supply chain operations.

• Prepare production, inventory, and material planning reports for management review.
