• Age At most 35 years

• Develop and maintain a reliable network of truck and trawler vendors.

• Negotiate and arrange transportation at competitive market rates for dealer-managed deliveries.

• Ensure timely availability of trucks/trawlers based on dealer requirements and approved delivery schedules.

• Coordinate vehicle placement in line with the company's standard delivery lead time.

• Collect daily transportation requirements from the Sales Team and Dealers.

• Prepare and execute vehicle deployment plans to meet delivery commitments.

• Arrange the required number of trucks/trawlers on a daily basis.

• Monitor transportation status and resolve operational issues to minimize delivery delays.

• Maintain daily records of vehicle demand, placement, and fulfillment.

• Submit daily and weekly transportation performance reports to the Regional Sales Head.

• Monitor stock availability at designated ghats and delivery points.

• Coordinate with the Logistics Team and proactively notify any potential stock shortages to ensure an uninterrupted supply.

• Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Dealers, and Transport Vendors to ensure smooth transportation operations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transport efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
