• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, high-quality products and services

• Conduct market analysis to identify the best supply sources

• Manage supplier pre-qualification and RFQ/RFP processes

• Analyze supplier offers and perform cost-benefit analysis for selection

• Prepare negotiations and oversee contract awarding

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations

• Identify improvement areas to enhance efficiency and results

• Assess and mitigate supply risks while ensuring regulatory compliance

• Provide reports to users, plants, and management as required
