ACI Motors Limited is looking for a Manager, Operations for its Agri Machine Factory. The role will oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, cost control, and timely delivery while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management

• Plan, organize and control daily production activities of the plant.

• Ensure production targets are achieved in line with company objectives and schedules.

• Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.

Operational Efficiency

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

• Monitor production performance and take corrective action where required.

• Maintain proper workflow and production planning.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.

• Implement quality control systems and oversee inspection processes.

• Address quality issues and ensure corrective actions.

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of factory machinery and equipment.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and regulatory requirements.

• Promote a strong safety culture across the factory operations.

• Ensure adherence to environmental and industrial regulations.

People Management

• Lead, motivate, and supervise factory staff including supervisors, engineers, and workers.

• Develop team capability through training and performance management.

• Maintain discipline and positive working culture within the factory.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate closely with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Prepare regular reports on production, efficiency, cost control, and operational performance.

• Support management in strategic planning and operational improvements.
