Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order commitments and management priorities
Lead daily booking and production meetings to ensure production & team alignment
Capacity mapping by analyzing floor capacity and machine requirements to ensure highest level efficiency
Prepare and execute TNA (Time & Action) plans and ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate with floor supervisors to track hourly output against highest machine efficiency targets
Monitor & follow up on urgent, short quantity, and re-dye orders
Monitor production progress and adjust plans according to urgent shipment, machine breakdown, or material shortage
Maximize machine utilization and reduce idle time
Ensure availability of raw materials during production planning
Analyze production losses, downtime, bottlenecks, and wastage
Prepare Daily Production Report, Efficiency Report, Capacity Report, and MIS
Prepare production reports highlighting variances and corrective actions
Submit Plan vs Actual analysis to management
