Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Strong knowledge of Acrylic, Wool, PBT, Tamu, and Mushi yarn dyeing

  • Hands-on experience with Physical Testing Equipment, Spectrophotometer, Color Matching Software, and Laboratory Dyeing Machines

  • Sound knowledge of color science, dye chemistry, textile testing standards (ISO/AATCC/ASTM), and yarn dyeing processes

  • Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory reporting

  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and supervise all physical laboratory activities for Acrylic, Wool, PBT, Tamu, Mushi, and other specialty yarns

  • Ensure all physical test results meet customer specifications and company quality standards

  • Analyze test data and recommend corrective actions for quality improvement

  • Investigate physical quality issues and customer complaints through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

  • Develop dye recipes and optimize dye formulations to achieve accurate shade matching

  • Perform laboratory dyeing trials and approve recipes before bulk production

  • Operate and maintain Spectrophotometer, Color Matching Software, and Laboratory Dyeing Machines

  • Measure and monitor color differences values, and ensure compliance with buyer tolerances

  • Approve laboratory standards, production standards, and bulk shade approvals

  • Monitor metamerism and maintain shade consistency across production lots

  • Support new shade developments and buyer sample developments within target lead time

  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Laboratory Performance Reports

  • Present quality trends, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to management

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of QA, DGM, or Management.
