Responsibilities & Context:

Muazuddin Group, a leading knit composite garment manufacturer, is seeking dynamic, highly skilled and experienced professionals to fill the following critical positions in our Production department.
Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control overall production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

• Develop and implement production plans in coordination with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Management.

• Ensure smooth operation of Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and other production units.

• Monitor daily production, efficiency, capacity utilization, manpower, machine utilization, and production losses.

• Ensure production is completed according to buyer specifications, quality standards, approved samples, and delivery requirements.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, Merchandising, Maintenance, IE, and Commercial teams to resolve production-related issues.

• Improve production efficiency, reduce wastage, rework, rejection, downtime, and overall manufacturing costs.

• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, fabrics, trims, and other resources.

• Monitor production bottlenecks and take timely corrective actions to maintain smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, buyer standards, and applicable RMG industry compliance requirements.

• Work closely with the Maintenance Department to minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.

• Lead, supervise, and develop production teams, including setting departmental targets and monitoring performance.

• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Managing Director/Director/CEO on production performance, efficiency, capacity utilization, quality, wastage, and major operational issues.

• Take necessary initiatives to improve production capacity, productivity, product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Overall Responsibility: To lead and manage the overall production operations of the Knit Composite Factory, ensuring maximum productivity, efficient capacity utilization, consistent quality, cost-effective production, and timely delivery while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
