Experience:

Required Qualifications
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quality/QA/QC in a knit garment factory.
Experience in a 100% export-oriented knit composite garment factory will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of garment quality control and inspection procedures.
Good knowledge of AQL, DHU, RFT, defect classification, root-cause analysis and CAPA.
Experience with international buyer quality requirements will be an advantage.
Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements
Knowledge of NEXT, LPP, PEPCO, LEFTIES or other international buyer quality requirements will be an added advantage

Job Summary
We are looking for a competent, experienced, and quality-focused Assistant Manager – Quality to supervise and control quality activities throughout the knit garment production process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet buyer requirements, approved samples, specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Quality Control & Assurance
Monitor and control quality at all stages of production, including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Washing (if applicable), Packing, and Final Inspection.
Ensure products are manufactured according to the approved Tech Pack, Size Specification, Measurement Chart, PP Sample, and Sealed/Garment Sample.
Identify quality problems, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality standards and requirements.
Conduct regular quality audits and prepare quality performance reports.
In-Line & Line Quality
Supervise inline, line, and finishing quality inspection activities.
Ensure proper inspection procedures and sampling standards are followed.
Monitor major, minor, and critical defects and take immediate corrective action.
Analyze defect percentages and implement action plans to reduce DHU, RFT, and rejection rates.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Cutting, Merchandising and Technical teams to resolve quality issues.
Final Inspection
Ensure garments are properly checked before submission for Final Inspection.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team for internal final inspection.
Ensure buyer inspection requirements are fulfilled before shipment.
Follow up on inspection findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Quality Documentation & Reporting
Maintain quality inspection reports, defect analysis, audit reports, and corrective action records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality performance reports.
Maintain records of DHU, RFT, Rejection, Alteration, Repair and First Pass Yield.
Prepare root-cause analysis and CAPA reports for recurring quality problems.
Buyer & Compliance Requirements
Ensure compliance with buyer quality manuals, technical requirements and quality procedures.
Participate in buyer inspections, quality audits and technical meetings when required.
Handle buyer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant AQL standards and buyer-specific inspection procedures.
