Responsibilities & Context:
Lead sample quality assurance, technical evaluation, and bulk marker functions to ensure all samples and bulk production comply with buyer specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with merchandising, production, and quality teams to drive accurate sample execution and production readiness.
Brief JD :
Oversee Development, Fit, Size Set, and PP Sample approvals
Review tech packs, specifications, and garment construction for technical accuracy
Approve bulk markers, verify marker efficiency and fabric consumption accuracy
Drive fabric wastage reduction through marker optimization
Provide technical support to Production, Cutting, CAD, and Quality teams
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations
Ensure approved sample standards and technical requirements are effectively transferred to production.
Monitor Sample pass rate, on time submission, PTR activity, size set process and marker accuracy on a regular basis
Monitor quality concerns, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
