Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibility:
Lead full Technical Team and ensure production feasibility.
Review tech packs and manage pattern making, grading, and marker planning with accuracy.
Conduct PP meetings, approve pilot runs, and provide technical guidance during bulk production.
Troubleshoot sewing/finishing/washing issues and maintain consistent fit and measurements.
Liaise with buyers and train teams to improve workmanship, productivity, and reduce rejection rates.
