∎ Age 28 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
∎ Manage employee grievance and other personnel related issue.
∎ Participate in development and update HR policies, procedures and guidelines as per Labor Law.
∎ Organizing the personal file, prepare all HR - related letters such as Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, and letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration.
∎ Look after the compliance issues in line with Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labour Rules 2015.
∎ Participate in Ensuring the factories always prepared/ready for any Audits.
∎ Participate in meet up the requirement of Accord, Alliance, empowered to supervise & enforce compliance.
∎ Communicate Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc if needed.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, hygiene & environment
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
