• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities of UPVC pipes and fittings.

• Ensure production targets are achieved according to schedules and customer requirements.

• Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to ensure smooth workflow.

• Implement process improvements to increase output and reduce production costs.

• Ensure products comply with company quality standards and applicable industry specifications.

• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to monitor product quality.

• Investigate production defects and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure proper testing and inspection procedures are followed.

• Oversee all factory operations including extrusion, injection molding, mixing, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse departments to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all machinery and equipment.

• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to minimize machine downtime.

• Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades when necessary.

• Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, technicians, helpers, and support staff.

• Prepare manpower schedules and allocate resources effectively.

• Conduct training programs to improve employee skills and productivity.

• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Monitor production costs, material consumption, and wastage levels.

• Implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Maintain records of production output, machine downtime, quality issues, and inventory.

• Submit operational performance reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings.

• Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures.

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
