Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily care, feeding, and health monitoring of cattle, goats, ducks, and poultry
Ensure proper nutrition plans for each category (dairy, meat, egg production)
Monitor animal behaviour to detect illness or stress early
Maintain proper housing, ventilation, and cleanliness in sheds and enclosures
Coordinate with veterinarians for vaccination schedules and treatment
Implement strict biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks
Maintain health records for all livestock and poultry
Isolate and manage sick animals to avoid contamination
Supervise farm workers and assign daily tasks
Train staff on proper animal handling and hygiene practices
Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline on-site
Maintain attendance and duty schedules
