Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age At least 22 years

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in rice milling, food processing, FMCG manufacturing, or related production operations.

• Experience in a modern rice mill will receive preference.

Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited (BEOL) is looking for competent and dynamic professional candidate.
Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily rice production activities to meet production targets.

• Monitor the parboiling, drying, milling, sorting, and packing processes.

• Ensure product quality complies with company and regulatory standards.

• Supervise operators and coordinate manpower for smooth production operations.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

• Prepare daily production reports and Schedule of Paddy & Rice.

• Optimize production efficiency, yield, and material utilization while reducing wastage.

• Maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams if required.

• Manage raw material and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for production-related transactions, reporting, and documentation.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for operational issues.

• Train and guide production personnel in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
