Yamaha Motorcycles Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Service Manager to lead our nationwide field service operations. This is a pivotal role for an individual dedicated to maintaining the premium standards of the Yamaha brand while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

• Strategic Operations: Plan, monitor, and execute nationwide service operations to ensure peak service quality and consistently achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

• Network Development: Proactively develop and expand our service footprint, including company-owned centers, dealer service centers, and field service operations.

• Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing service teams, including dealer staff, ensuring that all personnel maintain Yamaha’s global service standards.

• Operational Excellence: Optimize processes to maximize service efficiency and drive service revenue growth.

• Spare Parts Management: Oversee spare parts sales and budgets, providing expert input into inventory planning and strategy.

• Promotional Initiatives: Plan and implement creative service-led promotional activities to enhance customer loyalty.

• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for communications with our principal regarding complex technical issues.
