• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Good knowledge in Networking Administration

Department: Technology Department

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Activities

• Add, modify or remove new channels & channel packages as per the Headend’s requirements.

• Create, modify & update Service ID, List Control Number (LCN) and Genre wise channel list as per BCL’s requirement.

Monitoring & Follow-Up

• Monitor Network connectivity from CAS (Conditional Access System) to SMS, MUX & VPN.

• Follow-up with the SMS (Subscriber Management System) team regarding the activation, deactivation and fault analysis process.

• Daily system checks, backup and update with new customer details.

• Checking SAN storage, firewall and network as per CAS Vendor’s guidelines

• Monitor the redundant power system and server room temperature.

Channel Packaging

• Planning with Operations & Sales department for different types of package (Basic and Ala-Carte Products) creation.

Maintenance

• Server maintenance and hardware (router, switch, firewall and GPS) replacement as and when required

Others

• Perform other activities as per the requirement of the Head of Department & Management

• As per company policy
