Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE in any recognised University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Designing Nationwide ISP/IIG Core Network.
∎ Planning & Designing of Fiber optics Network with FTTx.
∎ Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, Hotspot, RADIUS etc.
∎ Working with Different types of Switching Service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP,RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc.
∎ Working with Different types of Routing Protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with Multiple Network and Load balancing with Cisco and Mikrotik Systems.
∎ Supervising the NOC team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve company's goals.
∎ Collaborating with NOC and System Support Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
∎ Having practical knowledge to install and configure networking router (MIKROTIK), switches (CISCO,BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), and wireless.
∎ Manage tools, systems and procedures to ensure dynamic management of issues and customer management.
∎ The Assistant Manager will include hands-on technical support work related to the overall system and maintenance of customer environments.
∎ Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement within the NOC; recommend prioritized enhancements and oversee implementation.
∎ Managing system backups and network security protocols.
∎ Deploying and inspecting network systems.
∎ Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive experience working as a NOC Department
∎ Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills.
∎ Ability to work flexible hours.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Advanced project management skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
