Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Maintenance and troubleshoot Analog and Digital Headend equipment.
Ensure Audio/Video source reliability.
Troubleshoot all types of source & decoder issues.
Structure AV, Ethernet, Coaxial cabling.
Maintenance and monitoring RF network.
Diagnosis and troubleshoot RF distribution issues in Headend.
Identify problem and recommend system improvements to improve technical performance and services.
Maintain TVRO and RF related documentation.
Monitor and report 24X7 Analog and Digital CATV services.
Monitoring service infrastructure and report.
