• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Diploma or BSc. in Ceramic Technology / Engineering. BSc in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is also preferred.

• At least 7 years

• Age At most 50 years

• Sound knowledge of body/glaze chemistry, lab testing methods, and process control.

• Experience in production support, defect troubleshooting, and material optimization.

• Strong leadership and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills in English.

We are one of the largest export-based Porcelain / Tableware manufacturing industry in Bangladesh and looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Manger – R & D at our Factory Office.

The selected candidate will be responsible to lead the R & D activities for Body, Glaze and Lab sections of the factory.

Major Job Responsibilities for the position are:

• Develop and improve body and glaze formulations.

• Ensure smooth operation of the body preparation, glaze preparation, and lab testing processes.

• Conduct defect analysis, root-cause studies, and implement corrective actions.

• Support production teams with technical guidance and process improvement.

• Maintain quality standards through continuous development and innovation.
