Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related discipline.
MBA or professional certification in SCM/ Marketing will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive sales, service, operations coordination, supply chain/logistics, or business operations support roles.
Strong cross-functional coordination and multitasking abilities.
Sound knowledge of sales, service, marketing, and supply chain operations.
Excellent communication skills with strong follow-up and stakeholder management capability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
Analytical, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-driven coordination professional to support cross-functional operations across Sales, Service, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) for the Bus & Specialized Vehicle business. The role requires strong coordination capability, commercial understanding, and execution discipline to ensure smooth business operations in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
Principal Accountability:
Act as central coordination points between Sales, Service, Marketing and SCM teams.
Ensure smooth execution of daily business operations across all functions.
Coordinate sales planning, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and customer documentations.
Coordinate service & after-sales activities including delivery, warranty, customer support.
Assist marketing team in campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Monitor order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines with SCM team.
Follow up with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and business performance updates.
Maintain effective communication flow between departments and partners.
Track pending tasks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Support management in planning, execution tracking, and operational follow-ups.
