Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle (Bus/ Truck) Sales, Automotive Sales, Business Development, or Fleet/ B2B Sales Operations.
Experience in reputed automotive companies with expertise in institutional sales, tender handling, and key account management will be preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused sales professional for our Bus & Specialized Vehicle business. The role involves driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. Candidates with a strong interest in the commercial vehicle industry and long-term career aspirations in automotive sales are highly preferred.
Principal Accountability:
Support Bus & Coach sales activities and achieve assigned business targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with fleet owners, corporate customers, educational institutions, and government organizations.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers regularly.
Support tender participation and sales documentation processes.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
