Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering or any related discipline.
Diploma in Engineering candidates with strong relevant experience may also apply.
Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial vehicle service operations, automotive after-sales, spare parts management, or workshop operations.
Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, service operations, and Bus/ Coach technical support.
Expertise in spare parts planning, inventory coordination, and service documentation.
Strong troubleshooting, customer handling, and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to provide technical training, customer support, and after-sales service.
Good English communication skills with proficiency in report and email preparation.

We are seeking a smart, technical, and customer-focused professional for our After Sales, Service & Spare Parts operations in the Bus & Coach segment. The role requires strong knowledge of commercial vehicle service operations, spare parts management, customer support, and workshop coordination. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the Bus & Coach industry and committed to ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountability:
Support after-sales service, maintenance, and spare parts operations for the Bus & Coach business.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service support and effective issue resolution.
Coordinate workshop activities, service scheduling, and technical support.
Monitor spare parts availability, stock planning, and parts supply processes.
Handle warranty support, technical claims, and service documentation.
Visit customers, fleet owners, corporate clients, educational institutions, and government organizations for service support and relationship management.
Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Analyze service-related issues and recommend improvement initiatives.
Prepare service reports, parts consumption reports, and business updates.
Support breakdown handling and emergency service activities when required.
