Responsibilities & Context:
1. Sales & Revenue Management
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Work closely with the Sales and Branding teams to maximize revenue and market share.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
2. Branding & Marketing Coordination
Lead and supervise the Branding team to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with digital marketing and content teams to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
3. Supply Chain & Operations Management
Oversee inventory planning, procurement, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes.
Ensure timely product availability and smooth delivery operations.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Monitor stock levels and minimize inventory shortages or excesses.
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Branding, and Supply Chain.
Set KPIs and performance goals for each department.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and coaching sessions to enhance team productivity.
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
5. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement
Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Identify business opportunities and implement process improvements.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
