Experience:

• At least 4 years and above of hands-on, practical experience in the hairpiece/wig manufacturing industry (specifically focusing on toupees, wigs, and ornaments).

• Prior specialized experience working directly with high-end wig-manufacturing line is highly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in wig-making techniques and deep knowledge of quality control parameters specific to synthetic or human hair processing.

• Good command of both spoken and written English to facilitate smooth communication.

• Essential operating knowledge of computers (e.g., MS Office, basic data entry, or email).

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a highly diversified team culture and adapt to structured industrial workflows.

ARTNATURE BANGLADESH LIMITED., is located at Lot No. C16, BSEZ, Sonpara, Panchrukhi via Rupganj, Araihazar, Narayanganj-1460, Bangladesh, and is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, exporting and importing hairpieces such as toupees, wigs, wiglets and the like including hair accessories and ornaments of all makes and kinds as well as all materials, including human hair and synthetic hair supplies.

Artnature Bangladesh Limited is a subsidiary company of Artnature Inc. Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. To support our new plant at BSEZ, we are looking for candidates who are interested in joining in the mentioned position and want to be a part of the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute advanced wig-making techniques for premium Artnature products, including toupees, wigs, wiglets, and custom hair ornaments/accessories.

• Implement strict quality control measures throughout the manufacturing, processing, and R&D stages to ensure all hairpieces meet Japanese brand standards.

• Assist in research and development (R&D) initiatives to improve hairpiece durability, natural appearance, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Monitor the processing and manufacturing pipeline to minimize material waste while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

• Work closely with a diversified team of technicians, artisans, and supervisors to ensure production targets and timelines are met seamlessly.

• Utilize basic computer applications to log production data, quality inspection reports, and inventory status as required.
